David Nail rocks the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun

Uncasville, CT - David Nail is back in more ways than one.  First, he's back with a new album and a newly named band, David Nail and the Well Ravens.  His new album, Only This and Nothing More, features the title track, "Heavy" which is currently climbing country music charts.  It's the first new music since the success of Nail's 2016 album, Fighter.

Secondly, he was back at Mohegan Sun, where he put on a free show in Wolf Den.  At the show on October 19th, Nail said that he always loves playing New England, and that even though he doesn't open his eyes a lot when he plays, it's always nice to see familiar places in the crowd.

Nail's show featured a mix of songs from past albums, including number 1 hit, "Whatever She's Got" as well as his catchy duet with the Brothers Osborne, "Good at Tonight".  He also shared some of new music.  The Wolf Den was packed with a lively crowd and Nail clearly appreciated their adoration.

Dustin Lynch invited to join Grand Ole Opry

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 22, 2018) – Realizing a lifelong dream, country star DUSTIN LYNCH has been invited to become the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry.

Opry member Trace Adkins made the special surprise invitation Tuesday night (8/21) during Lynch’s performance, telling him, “Being a member of the Grand Ole Opry is at the top of my list of achievements in my career and always will be. We want people to be members of the Grand Ole Opry that will have a respect for this institution that it deserves, that it has earned for 92 years.” Adkins added, “We think that Dustin Lynch is going to carry on in that proud tradition, and we’re glad to have you.”

“I can’t even talk cause I’m gonna start crying,” a stunned Lynch told the crowd. “I’ve got my family here tonight and a lot of my team members – a lot of guys and girls that are responsible for getting me on this stage for the very first time, getting my music played at Country radio and all over the world now, and I wanna say we would not be here if it wasn’t for you. Thank you guys so much. A lot of things have happened over the past six years, but it started with that last song we just played. ‘Cowboys and Angels’ was the very first song I got to play on the Grand Ole Opry – March 2, 2012 – I’ll never forget that day. I wanna say Mom and Dad, thank you so much. I’m glad you came tonight. We have so much to celebrate. I’m gonna attempt to sing a song with a frog in my throat and tears in my eyes.”

Equally surprised were Lynch’s parents – who have attended every one of his Opry performances to date – who were on hand to share in the emotional moment, cheering on his career milestone from their seats in front of the stage.

A friend to the Opry over the years, Lynch has stepped into the six-foot circle on the Opry’s center stage numerous times as he’s released three Top 5 albums and five consecutive #1 singles, earning PLATINUM level certifications. He is set to be formally inducted as an Opry member on Sept. 18.

This indelible honor comes as the latest pinnacle moment for Lynch, who has proven himself as one of the genre’s brightest stars. One of the most-played artists of 2017, he topped the charts for four consecutive weeks with his PLATINUM-certified smash “Small Town Boy,” penned by Kyle Fishman, Ben Hayslip, and ACM Songwriter of the Year Award winner Rhett Akins. His new single “Good Girl” – which Lynch surprise-released at this year’s iHeartCountry Festival and performed at CMA Fest – is climbing the charts.

Lynch will perform tonight (8/22) at the ACM Honors ceremony at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. He’s also set to hit the road with co-headliner Cole Swindell and special guest Lauren Alaina for the REASON TO DRINK…ANOTHER TOUR beginning Oct. 4 in Tuscaloosa, AL.

New Music Monday: Mike Ryan's "The Rewrite"

Singer-songwriter Mike Ryan recently released a super fun new break up single, "The Rewrite".  The song features catchy lyrics, Ryan's great vocals coupled with a shredding guitar solo from Brad Paisley.  The song has an interesting backstory as originally, the song was written as a love song and then Ryan's heart was broken in the middle of the writing process.  So, all the collaborators decided it would be beneficial to "rewrite" the song with a few words of advice for the person leaving.  "The Rewrite" is currently #9 on the Texas Regional Radio.  The song is the current single off of Ryan's Blink You’ll Miss It, released back in October. The album features songs about love, breaking up, and nostalgia about growing up.  Check out "The Rewrite" on iTunes, Apple Music, and Spotify  For more information about Mike Ryan, visit http://mikeryanband.com/

Old Crow Medicine Show to release new album, Volunteer, on 4/20

Grammy award-winning American Roots band Old Crow Medicine Show has announced the release of their upcoming album Volunteer, due out April 20, 2018 via Columbia Records Nashville. The album was recorded at the historic RCA Studio A and produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson). Since the release of their last Grammy-winning studio effort Remedy, Old Crow Medicine Show has taken their versatility to another level, by not only reinterpreting Bob Dylan’s seminal album Blonde On Blonde, but also collaborating with pop sensation Kesha. Volunteer is yet another fine example of how Old Crow Medicine Show remains one of the most vibrant and forward thinking traditional bands of their time.

The songs on Volunteer illustrate themes that resonate far beyond Old Crow Medicine Show’s diverse fan base, while also showcasing the depth in the group's songwriting. An album highlight “Look Away” inspired by The Rolling Stones, is Ketch Secor’s homage to his love for the history, both sorrowful and joyful, of the South. "A World Away” is an upbeat homage to refugees, an extremely relevant subject matter that Secor has been writing about since he was young. “Dixie Avenue” pays a playful tribute to the Virginia location where Secor and bandmate Fuqua fell in love with music. The album’s final track, the bittersweet love song “Whirlwind”, could easily tell the tale of how Old Crow Medicine Show built a successful career from the ground up.

Old Crow Medicine Show consists of Ketch Secor, Critter Fuqua, Cory Younts, Morgan Jahnig, Chance McCoy and Kevin Hayes. The traditional string band incorporated electric guitar for the first time since 2004 (when Dave Rawlings put a Telecaster on the band’s classic "Wagon Wheel"), on Volunteer, and the album also features Joe Jackson Andrews on his haunting pedal steel.

Celebrating their 20th anniversary, Old Crow Medicine Show is coming off a busy year of touring in support of their latest release, the highly acclaimed 50 Years Of Blonde On Blonde, a rootsy tribute to the Bob Dylan classic. The band also recently collaborated with 2018 Grammy nominee Kesha for CMT’s Crossroads which aired on December 6th.

Old Crow Medicine Show’s recent accomplishments, demonstrate that they still have the hunger to evolve and thrive in a variety of musical settings. While trends in music have come and gone, Old Crow Medicine Show has maintained their sense of integrity, continuing to share their infectious hybrid of traditional mountain music across the country.

Old Crow Medicine Show will be announcing 2018 tour dates soon, and will also be performing at festivals including Bonnaroo, Del Fest and Floyd Fest. For more information on tour dates please visit:

Dustin Lynch earns iHeartRadio Nomination for "Small Town Boy"

Broken Bow Records star DUSTIN LYNCH is celebrating his first iHeartRadio Awards nomination as his undeniable summer anthem “Small Town Boy” will contend for Country Song of the Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards broadcasting live from Los Angeles Sunday, March 11 on TBS, TNT and truTV.

“I couldn’t be more grateful that ‘Small Town Boy’ has been nominated for Country Song of the Year,” says Lynch. “It’s been amazing to see people embrace this song and have the continued support of Country radio. I’m looking forward to celebrating all of these great songs with friends at the iHeartRadio Awards.”

“Small Town Boy” – Lynch’s FIFTH consecutive #1 hit – topped the Billboard Country Airplay charts for a career-record four straight weeks, making it the chart’s longest-running #1 of 2017. The hitmaker performed the GOLD-certified smash (written by Rhett Akins, Ben Hayslip and Kyle Fishman) across the airwaves, hitting the stage on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! and CMA Fest television special, NBC’s TODAYand Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and CBS’ The Talk

Lynch’s follow-up single, “I’d Be Jealous Too,” is poised to leave its mark on Country radio, already within the Top 40 and climbing swiftly. The “one-of-a-kind, natural showman” (Morning Hangover) hits the road in January, performing at Luke Bryan’s beachside festival Crash My Playa and returning as featured support on Brad Paisley’s WEEKEND WARRIOR WORLD TOUR, which kicks off Jan. 25 in Los Angeles.
